Benefits

We offer a variety of traditional benefits including options in healthcare, disability, and life insurance. Healthcare insurance is provided for all full time (=36 hours/week) staff members at the cost of $25 a month. The practice also pays over 50% of dependent healthcare costs. The practice also provides dental insurance, long term disability insurance and life insurance to all its full time employees at no cost.

The highlight of our benefits package is our combination profit sharing/401(k) plan. Employees are eligible to enroll in the profit sharing plan in January or June after 11 months of employment and 1000 hours of service. A participant is fully vested three years from their hire date. The 401(k) plan is optional and is based on employee deferral. ACA will match (according to deferral) up to 4% of compensation. The employer match is guaranteed and the participant is immediately vested in both the deferral and the employer match.

ACA may also provide a "discretionary 401(k) match" at year end based on employee deferral and on profitability.
